Company History

The company began as Health Focus, Inc. (HFI) in 2011. Since

inception, the company has been supported by its key personnel working without salaries and personally contributing financially to the company.

Between 2011 and the present, funders Lynne Kennedy Matallana; Dave Williams, PhD; Richard Matallana; and Craig Kennedy have collectively contributed approximately 23,000 hours of uncompensated time to the company. In addition, they have contributed approximately $900,000 of capital.

In 2015, a new corporation, Community Health Focus, Inc. (CHFI) was established. The purpose for forming the new corporation was because we were contacted by an international investor and it is necessary to

have a “C” Corporation to accept foreign investments. That investment is still in negotiations.

In the meantime, RALM Ventures, LLC, offered a self-directed

investment in the form of a loan, to CHFI in the amount of $360,000.

The terms of the RALM Ventures loan are as follows: Upon the first to occur of the sale of the company or December 30, 2020, RALM

Ventures, LLC will be paid back the $360,000 plus 4% accrued simple interest from the date of the loan.
